When your hands touch something cool, soft, pliable - when you press into it and follow where it wants to go - your nervous system settles. You feel calmer within minutes. And because your hands are genuinely occupied, the part of your mind that watches and manages steps back. Things surface that couldn't surface before. That's what these sessions are. Ninety minutes. Clay between us. A short grounding practice to begin, then your hands find their way - no plan, no goal, no right way - while we talk or sit in silence, as the moment asks. I'm not here to fix you.
