These sessions are for people who feel full in their head, tired in their body, or slightly lost in the noise of life. No goals to reach. No story you need to tell well. We work with clay —gently, intuitively— as a way to listen to what is underneath the words. There is tea. There is time. There is silence if you want it. Sometimes we talk. Sometimes we don’t. You will make one simple piece. Not to be perfect. But to hold something of this moment. I am not here to fix you. I sit beside you while your hands remember their own intelligence. Each session lasts about 75 minutes and takes place in my studio in Haarlem, in a small and quiet setting. This is for you if you long for: –less pressure –more breathing space –a softer way to meet yourself –a pause that stays with you You don’t need experience with clay. You don’t need the right words. Only a willingness to arrive as you are. Sessions are available in Dutch and English. *Quiet Clay Sessions* Een langzame plek om te landen. Om te ademen. Om te verzachten. Deze sessies zijn voor mensen die vol zitten in hun hoofd, moe zijn in hun lichaam, of zichzelf een beetje kwijt zijn in de ruis van alledag. Er hoeft niets bereikt te worden. Je hoeft geen mooi verhaal te hebben. We werken met klei —zacht en intuïtief— als een manier om te luisteren naar wat er leeft. Er is thee. Er is tijd. Er mag stilte zijn. Soms praten we. Soms niet. Je maakt één eenvoudig werkstuk. Niet om perfect te zijn, maar om iets van dit moment vast te houden. Ik ben er niet om je te fixen. Ik zit naast je terwijl je handen zich herinneren wat ze al weten. Een sessie duurt ongeveer 75 minuten en vindt plaats in mijn atelier in Haarlem, in een kleine en rustige setting. Dit is voor jou als je verlangt naar: –minder druk –meer ademruimte –een zachtere ontmoeting met jezelf –een pauze die bij je blijft. Je hebt geen ervaring met klei nodig. Je hoeft niet te weten wat je moet zeggen. Alleen de bereidheid om te komen zoals je bent.
