Shipping
We ship to most European countries.
Shipping times depend on your location. Please contact us in advance if you would like an estimation of the shipping costs or want us to ship to a destination that is not specified at check out. Free shipping in the Netherlands from €100.
Customs
Important! Please note that international recipients are responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery.
Tracking
If you have a package marked as delivered but haven't received it, please contact your local mail facility.
Local Pickup
You can pick up your order at the studio in Haarlem, just select the Local Pick Up option at Shipping. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Your order will generally be ready within 1 day if placed during regular store hours, otherwise the next business day.
Local Delivery
We also deliver locally. We charge €3.50 around Haarlem or free from €60.
What about your packaging?
As much as possible clean recycled materials are used. I have connections with brick & mortar shops that are happy to give me their discarded packaging. This is an ongoing endeavour to make sure that the item you bought is safely shipped (which is a priority!) and the material is safest possible for the environment. I always advice for you to re-use the packaging if you can.

What is your Return policy?
I really want you to be happy with your order!
That's why I take clear photos of the products and add a very detailed description (material, size, weight etc.) of the items. If you have questions about the product please contact me before you order. I'm always happy to help!
Most of the items in the shop are fragile. I very carefully wrap my handmade ceramics to make sure that they don't break on their journey. Shipping these items back and forth is not ideal. Therefor all sales are final.
In the unlikely event a piece is damaged during shipping, please keep the packaging and send us an email with photo of the damaged piece and packaging within 24 hours upon receiving. Of course damaged and broken goods will be reimbursed.
